We have two options:
FREE Option = 3-7 business days
RUSH $20 Option = 1-2 business days
Keep in mind, we are creating a digital art piece manually and need sufficient time to create your photo. Your patiences is highly appreciated.
Once our design team starts working a photo, we will no longer offer a refund but will gladly redo the photo until your are satisfied. Keep in mind if you want to change a photo out after we start working on it, that is considered a new photo and would require a new purchase.

No worries, we can work with any other solid color background as well. Keep in mind, we strongly recommend to not wear the same color outfit as the background to offer a more realistic quality photo.
Yes, we have many customers that want their holiday photo with their friends and family who are spread across the world. Simply upload all the images when placing your order, we will take care of the rest!
Yes, our ads are actual customers with photos taken mostly on higher quality cell phone cameras. We will try our best to make you happy, but understand this will not be the perfect photo as we can't control the lighting, quality of camera equipment you use, and overall aesthetics to make it at our professional standard work. Remember we can only work with the quality of your image. So if you send us a blurry photo, you will receive a blurry final photo.
