There are no upfront fees for your business. Customers purchase the photo packages of their choice directly through Picture Me World, making the process simple and hassle free for your organization.
To host a successful Picture Me Day event, a minimum of 20 photo packages must be purchased. Once the minimum is met, Picture Me World will coordinate and operate your Picture Day experience from start to finish.
We have made booking your Picture Day simple. Just complete the online request form on this page and our team will contact you to confirm and schedule your event.
Once your date is set, we will provide you with a shareable link for your customers to book their own photo appointments for Picture Day.
On the day of the event, our team brings all necessary equipment, captures the photos, and prints them on the spot so customers leave with their photos in hand.
- We will need your support in helping your customers book appointments for your upcoming Picture Day by sharing the link we provide and promoting the event.
- We will need a clear open space to set up our 12 ft by 12 ft green screen and equipment.
- We will need access to a power outlet.
- We will need Wi Fi access in order to deliver digital downloads to your customers.
We recommend booking your event as early as possible so our team can properly staff and prepare to meet your event needs.
For smaller events with fewer than 200 attendees, and subject to availability, we may be able to schedule as little as 48 hours in advance of your Picture Day event.
